Ingredients
- 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1/4 oz peppermint syrupswapped

Pour both ingredients into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with crushed ice

Stir, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz dark rum→pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup
- →peppermint schnapps→peppermint syrup
