Mayflower Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 pomegranate juice splashswapped
- 1/4 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
- 3/8 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
- 1/2 tsp anise (licorice) syrupswapped
- 1/2 tsp orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
- 2 dash non-alcoholic orange bitters or omitswapped
Directions

Pour the vermouth, apple juice + splash of vanilla, Pernod, Cointreau and bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes

Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz sweet vermouth→pomegranate juice splash
- →dry vermouth→white grape juice + drop of olive brine
- →brandy→apple juice + splash of vanilla
- →pernod licorice liqueur→anise (licorice) syrup
- →cointreau orange liqueur→orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splash
- →es orange bitters→non-alcoholic orange bitters or omit
