Golden Colada

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 0.56 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/8 oz vanilla syrup + drop of anise extractswapped
• 1 1/2 oz orange juice
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice
• 3/4 oz coconut cream
• 1/4 oz cream

Directions

   Shake over crushed ice in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice

   Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a stemmed cherry, and serve.
