Flying Purple Squirrel

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz coconut creamswapped
• 1/2 oz orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped
• 1 oz grenadine syrup
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz club soda

Directions

   Combine the rums, curacao, grenadine and lime juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well

   Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Garnish with an almond-embedded slice of lime, and serve.
