Caribe Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1/5 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz lemon juice

Directions

   Pour the rum, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass

   Garnish with a lime wheel, and serve.
