Bearded Clam (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
• 1 oz almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
• 1 splash cranberry juice

   Pour all ingredients over crushed ice in a cocktail glass
