Amaretto Colada (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 oz almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
• 1 1/3 oz coconut cream
• 3 oz pineapple juice
• 1 tsp whipping cream

   Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice

   Garnish with a pineapple slice or cherry, add straws, and serve in a pina colada glass.
