Aloha (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1/4 oz white grape juice + herbsswapped
• 1/4 oz peach or apricot nectarswapped
• 1/4 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1 oz soda water

   Shake with ice cubes and strain into a large cocktail glass
