Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz white chocolate syrup (or chocolate syrup)swapped
• 1 oz heavy cream
• 1/2 tsp orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped

Directions

   Combine the rum, creme de cacao, and heavy cream in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass

   Drop the curacao into the center of the drink and serve.
