High Class (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
• 5 ice cubes
• 1 lemon wedge
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 oz white grape juice + herbsswapped

Directions

   Add ice cubes to a glass, and coat them evenly with the white grape juice + herbs

   Swirl the vermouth around, then pour out the excess

3. 3

   Sift sugar onto the vermouth-coated cubes

4. 4

   Add approximately two shots of amaretto

5. 5

   Garnish with a swirled lemon peel and serve

   For contrast, try adding a few drops of lemon juice to the drink.
