- 1 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
- 1/5 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks

Pour sparkling water in shot glass, carefully layer rum on top

Ignite rum and serve.
