Flaming Gay Morgan

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup + pinch of cinnamonswapped
• 1/2 oz cherry syrupswapped
• 6 oz tonic water
• 1/2 dash pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped

Directions

1. 1

   Pour the spiced rum, cherry liqueur and tonic water into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice

   Shake well

   Strain into a highball glass, and garnish with a slice of lime and a maraschino cherry

4. 4

   If desired, float the Bacardi 151 on top of the drink and ignite (use extreme caution)

5. 5

   Extinguish before serving.
