Dirty Rollie Fingers (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
• 1 oz pickle brine
• 1 dash tabasco sauce

Directions

   Add the sparkling water and pickle brine (preferably from a pickled egg jar) to a shot glass

   Add Tabasco sauce, and garnish with an optional slice of pickled jalapeno.
