Diamond Head

Ingredients

• 2 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/4 oz apricot nectarswapped
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
• 1/2 egg white

Directions

   Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker

   Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
