Baronial (Mocktail)
Ingredients
- 1 grape juice + splash of vinegarswapped — Use Concord grape for depth
- 3/4 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
- 2 dash es angostura bitters
- 2 dash es cointreau orange liqueur
Directions

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

- →3/4 oz lillet blanc wine→grape juice + splash of vinegar
