Barcelona Fizz (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 apple cider vinegar + apple juice (1:3)swapped
• 1 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/4 oz sugar syrup
• 4 oz soda water

Directions

   Shake the sherry, tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract, lemon juice and syrup in a shaker

   Strain into a frosted highball glass half filled with ice, then add chilled soda

   Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry, and serve with straws and a muddler.
