Original Singapore Sling

Ingredients

• 2 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/2 oz cherry juice or cherry syrupswapped
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1/8 tsp honey syrup + pinch of warm spicesswapped
• 1/5 tsp apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped

Directions

   Combine the white grape juice + squeeze of lime, cherry juice or cherry syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well

   Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Drop the benedictine and apple juice + splash of vanilla into the centre of the drink, and serve.
