Lemon Flip

Ingredients

• 1 egg yolk
• 2 tsp sugar syrup
• 4 cl lemon juice

Directions

   Add egg yolk, sugar syrup and lemon juice over several ice cubes in a shaker

   Shake very well and strain into a highball glass

   Add a straw, and serve.
