Knickerbocker Martini
🥃 Served in a martini glass
Ingredients
- 2 dash non-alcoholic orange bitters or omitswapped
- 1/2 dash orange syrupswapped
- 1/2 oz white grape juice + drop of brineswapped
- 2 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
Directions

Pour into a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir well
- 2
Strain into a chilled martini glass, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions

- →orange curacao liqueur→orange syrup
- →french vermouth→white grape juice + drop of brine
