Irish Rootbeer (Mocktail)

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
- 1 coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
- 1/2 non-alcoholic beer or ginger beerswapped
Directions

Fill a shot glass half with Kahlua, half with amaretto, and a splash of Bacardi 151 rum

Drop it into a pint of Guinness, and serve.
