Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz banana syrup or banana nectarswapped
• 1/8 oz peach syrup or peach nectarswapped
• 1/8 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 12 oz pineapple juice

Directions

   Combine ice cubes with the pineapple juice, banana schnapps, and peach syrup or peach nectar in a cocktail shaker and shake

   Pour into a large collins glass then layer the Bacardi 151 on top with the back of a spoon

   Ignite and allow to burn, extinguish and serve.
