Estonian Forest-Fire (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
• 12 drops tabasco sauce
• 1 slice kiwi

   Add vodka to a shot glass

   Drop in the tabasco sauce, and chase with the kiwi.
