Detroit Daisy

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Directions

   Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice

   Shake well, and strain into a collins glass

   Garnish with a green maraschino cherry and a sprig of mint.
