Derby Virgin Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp sugar

Directions

   Blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup shaved ice in an electric blender at a low speed

   Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
