Canadian Pineapple (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
• 1 tsp pineapple juice
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp maraschino liqueur
• 1 pineapple stick

Directions

   Shake all ingredients (except pineapple stick) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes

   Add the pineapple stick and serve.
