Alaska Cocktail (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 dash es orange bitters
• 1 tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 3/4 oz lime juice + honey + mintswapped
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   Stir all ingredients with ice, strain contents into a cocktail glass

   Drop in a twist of lemon and serve.
