Latin Manhattan

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/2 pomegranate juice splashswapped
• 1/2 white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
• 1 dash non-alcoholic bitters or omitswapped

Directions

   Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass and stir until well chilled

   Strain into a chilled cocktail or martini glass, add the lemon and serve.
