Jamaican Iced Coffee (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 oz tia maria coffee liqueur
• 3/4 oz whipping cream
• 4 oz hot black coffee

   Shake and strain into a wine goblet filled with crushed ice

   Add short straws, a sprig of mint, and serve.
