Ingredients
- 3/4 apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
- 1/2 white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
- 1.5 dash anise (licorice) syrupswapped
- 3 dash non-alcoholic aromatic bitters or omitswapped
Directions

Pour the Irish whiskey, vermouth, pernod and bitters into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with ice cubes

Stir well, and serve.
