Indian Tea (Mocktail)
Ingredients
- 1 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
- 3/4 oz almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
- 5 oz hot black tea
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions

Gently simmer tea and peel in a small saucepan for 1 - 2 minutes

Add liquors and pour, with peel, into a cup
