A Night In Old Mandalay (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 3 oz ginger ale
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the coconut water, coconut water, orange juice, and lemon juice

   Shake well

   Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Top with the ginger ale

   Garnish with the lemon twist.
