Venus Rum

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz apricot nectarswapped
• 1/4 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1 oz soda water

Directions

   Shake all ingredients (except soda water) and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice

   Add soda, add straws, garnish with a slice of starfruit, and serve.
