Under Kurant (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
• 1 blue sports drink + orange extractswapped — Or blue food coloring + OJ
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz chambord raspberry liqueur

Directions

   Shake the absolut kurant, blue curacao, and pineapple juice with ice

   Pour into a shot or low-ball glass, be sure and leave a bit of room to spare

   Add just enough chambord to color the bottom of the glass.
