Kampai Cocktail

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/8 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz sweet and sour mix
• 2 dash non-alcoholic bitters or omitswapped

Directions

   Pour the rum, orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splash, pineapple juice and sour mix into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes

   Add bitters

   Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
