A Furlong Too Late (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 4 oz ginger beer
• 1 twist lemon peel

   Pour rum and ginger beer into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Stir well, and garnish with a lemon twist.
