Icy Ice

Ingredients

• 1 oz lime juice
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 oz cranberry juice
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 scoop lime ice cream
• 1 pinch lemon zest

Directions

   Stir the juices together in a freezable container and freeze until ice

   Crush the ice finely with the lemon zest, and mix salt into the crushed ice

   Pour the Pepsi into a highball glass, and quickly add the ice cream and cover with the crushed ice to prevent it flowing out
