Ice-Cream Flip

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1/2 oz maraschino cherry juiceswapped
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• 1 whole egg

Directions

   Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a coupette glass

   Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
