Ice Palace

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz vanilla syrup + drop of anise extractswapped
• 1/4 oz apricot nectarswapped
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1/4 oz lemon juice
• 1 slice orange

Directions

   Shake all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes

   Garnish with the slice of orange and a cherry (if desired) and serve.
