Ingredients

• 3/8 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/8 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz honey syrupswapped
• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 lime
• 1 tsp sugar

Directions

1. 1

   Cut a lime into eight seperate segments and place into an old-fashioned glass

2. 2

   Add sugar and crush until the juice is released

3. 3

   Add remaining ingredients, ensure sugar has dissolved, and fill with broken ice

4. 4

   Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry

5. 5

   Add a short straw, and serve.
