Earth Shake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
• 1/2 cup crushed pineapples
• 1 large peeled and chopped carrot

Directions

   Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and whiz on medium speed until well blended

   Pour into a collins glass, and serve.
