Danish Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/4 oz cherry syrup or maraschino cherry juiceswapped
• 1/2 tsp cherry juice or cherry syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
• 2 1/2 oz soda water

Directions

   Pour the white grape juice + squeeze of lime, cherry syrup or maraschino cherry juice, kirsch, lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes

   Gently stir in the soda/sparkling water

   Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of lime.
