Cafe de Paris (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz anisette
• 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
• 1 egg white
• 1 oz cream

Directions

   Shake ingredients over ice cubes in a shaker

   Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
