Cafe Antrim (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
• 1 tsp peach or apricot nectarswapped
• 1/2 tsp powdered sugar

Directions

   Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass

   Garnish with an orange wedge, and serve.
