Ingredients

• 2 oz strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
• 1 tsp powdered sugar

Directions

   Stir strong brewed black tea, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice cubes in a highball glass

   Fill with ginger ale, stir, and serve.
