Cabaret (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz white grape juice + herbsswapped
• 1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
• 2 dash es bitters
• 1 maraschino cherry

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract, vermouth, benedictine, and bitters

   Shake well

   Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cherry.
