Bacardi Special (Mocktail)
Ingredients
- 2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
- 3/4 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
- 1 dash grenadine syrup
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions

Shake all but rum with ice until cold

Add rum and shake again
- 3
Strain into a cocktail glass.
