Cuban Immigrant (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 2 oz fresh orange juice
• 2 oz sprite soda
• 1 scoop sherbet

Directions

   Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake vigorously, strain into a highball glass, and serve.
