Brooklyn Zoo (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
• 1 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 splash pineapple juice
• 1 splash dekuyper razzmatazz liqueur
• 1 splash sweet and sour mix
• 1 - 2 oz ginger beer (non-alcoholic)swapped

Directions

   Fill glass with ice

   Mix coconut water sparkling water, and tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract

   Add splash of pinepple juice, Razzmatazz, and sour mix

   Drinker or assistant pours ginger beer (non-alcoholic).
