Broadway Martini (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 3 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz white creme de menthe

Directions

   Pour the tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract and white creme de menthe into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

   Garnish with a mint sprig, and serve.
