Bramble (Mocktail)
🥃 Served in a highball glass
Ingredients
- 1 tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 3/4 oz creme de mure
Directions

Shake the gin, lime juice and syrup well with ice, and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice

Dribble the creme de mure down through the ice, and garnish with a lime wheel and raspberries.
